Very rude and unprofessional experience. We waited a long time to be attended to while the server continuously checked on other tables and completely ignored ours. It honestly felt discriminatory and very uncomfortable. When we finally asked if someone was going to help us, the older man who I believe is the owner immediately became defensive and started raising his voice, saying, “Don’t do that, don’t do that, I’m not standing around…” even though he clearly had been avoiding helping our table. The whole experience was disappointing, disrespectful, and made us feel unwelcome. Don’t recommend going here
This restaurant tried to refuse service to my disabled wife because she had her service dog (Who had his vest with his official certification card on even though it's not required by the ADA). When she politely pointed out that he isn't a pet, the manager argued with her and made a scene. When she pointed out that he legally can't refuse service he angrily sat her and our 2 small children at a table on the opposite end of the restaurant from everyone else and refused to seat anyone near them. They served the food and didn't check on them the rest of the meal. He was also rude to me when I called to talk to him about the situation, he raised his voice and hung up on me. He even insulted my 8 year old son. There's plenty of good Pho places, this isn't one, stay away.
I feel like this restaurant is pretty mediocre compared to other phở restaurants. I do believe this place could improve though. The phở was good, however the broth didn't feel as authentic and fresh as some other places. The noodles were pretty fresh and high quality, but the meat in the phở felt a little bit on the fattier side if that is your preference. For me, I personally tolerated it. The vegetables weren't the freshest, but they still tasted fine I feel that the service was pretty bad. I think this is one of the worst experiences I've had with service. Even though we got seated right away, after eating, they never came by to check up on us if everything is alright. we had to ask for the bill after waiting for ages. I wanted a thai iced tea, but I couldn't order it until they came to give us the bill. The sauce plate was a cheap plastic bread & butter sized plate with a motivational quote from a dollar store(I found the exact one at a dollar store) The atmosphere was also bad like the service. Even though there was a large flatscreen tv, every decoration was pretty dusty. It looked like it had been sitting there since 1982. The dust particles from the lamp above would fall on our food every now and then and it was disgusting. Overall, the food was tolerable, the broth didnt feel authentic, the service is pretty bad and could use some improvement, the atmosphere was pretty bad as the dust from the lamps kept getting into our food, and it took us ages to get a server to our table. 3.4/10. Would never come back. Would never recommend to a friend!
This restaurant is really good. We’ve eaten here twice and will be back again. The food is delicious, I recommend the pho, yummy. The service is fast and friendly, but not intrusive to our visit with each other. They have a kids menu. It’s family friendly or just for friends or couples. The restaurant is clean snd large. It can accommodate large groups and there is a patio for outside dining. There no waiting for a table. The menu has a lot of options; it’s several pages. They make a lemonade from scratch. It’s the best I have had. Highly recommend this restaurant.
The bun bo hue is not so good, the broken rice it's alright but the pho is good, I give it 7 out of 10
I have tried both takeout and dining in at this restaurant, and the pho is always amazing and generous in portion size. I also ordered their shrimp roll (I’m not sure of the exact name), which was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant if you haven’t tried it yet. I’m definitely coming back!
First time visiting this spot. It was good. The restaurant was remodeled very nicely. The food was good. We did take out. I definitely want to try eating in. I didn't have the Pho, my wife did and said it was okay. I didn't want to give a poor review. My Vietnamese Iced Coffee was delicious. I would recommend Pho Tho. Not bad at all.
Food always great here. Lots of fresh dishes that leave you wanting more. Our experience could have been better but our server was not having a good day and it reflected in her interaction with us. For this reason we will not be returning. Will have to travel further for better expetience.
